umg8 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1.1 Scope of Agreement

This document is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and the umg8 platform ("Company" or "umg8"). By registering an account, making a deposit, using any game feature or accessing any part of the umg8 website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy which are incorporated as part of this agreement.

1.2 Amendment of Terms

umg8 reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any part of these terms at any time based on business needs and licensing requirements. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the official umg8 website. Continued use of the platform after such changes is considered acceptance of the updated terms. Members are encouraged to check this page regularly.

1.3 Licensing Status

umg8 operates under a valid international licence. The platform is managed in accordance with the guidelines of the appointed regulatory body, and all financial transactions are handled according to industry security standards. Players are responsible for ensuring that participation in online betting activities is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

umg8 accepts payments through the following methods:

• DuitNow (direct transfer)
• Online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks)
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

All deposits must be made using an account registered in the member's own name. umg8 does not accept third-party deposits.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed according to the following procedure:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction
• Withdrawals will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the method selected
• All bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal is permitted
• umg8 reserves the right to request account verification before approving the first withdrawal

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

Members are fully responsible for ensuring that the bank account or digital wallet details submitted are correct before sending a withdrawal request. umg8 is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the member. Any errors in payment details reported within 24 hours will be addressed according to system capability.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% welcome bonus up to a maximum of RM300 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received. As an example: if you deposit RM800, the bonus received is RM300 (maximum cap), bringing your balance to RM1,100, and the wagering requirement is RM300 × 20 = RM6,000. This bonus can only be claimed once per registered account.

4.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are only valid for eligible games as specified in the respective promotion terms
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts
• umg8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraud
• Any attempt to manipulate bonus conditions will result in immediate account cancellation
• Other promotions such as birthday bonuses, cashback, or VIP promotions have their own conditions which will be stated separately

4.3 VIP Programme

umg8 offers a VIP programme with four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — each with different weekly cashback rates:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement is based on member activity and loyalty over time. Full cashback conditions are subject to current promotion terms.

5.1 Prohibited Use

Members are strictly prohibited from doing the following when using the umg8 platform:

• Using any automation software, bots, scripts or programming techniques to play or exploit games
• Sharing an account with any other individual, including family members
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a bank account or digital wallet belonging to another person
• Using funds obtained illegally or unlawfully to make deposits
• Taking any action intended to unfairly influence game outcomes
• Spreading false or misleading information about umg8 to third parties

5.2 Account Termination

umg8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account immediately without prior notice if a breach of these terms is found. In cases of confirmed breach, any balance and winnings in the relevant account may be forfeited. umg8's decision in this matter is final.

6.1 Company Liability Limits

umg8 is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service disruption, technical failure, or actions by third parties. umg8 services are provided on an "as is" basis without any ongoing guarantee of full platform availability.

6.2 Service Disruption

umg8 cannot guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server failures, or internet connectivity issues may cause the service to be temporarily unavailable. umg8 is not responsible for any loss arising from such disruptions.

6.3 Member Personal Responsibility

Members are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account. This includes any financial transactions, bets placed, and use of bonuses. umg8 recommends that members use a strong password, do not share login details, and log out of their account after each gaming session.

7.1 umg8's Commitment

umg8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. This platform is designed for entertainment, and we encourage members to set personal limits on the time and money they spend. These terms and conditions are provided in Bahasa Melayu as the primary document. Any translated version is for reference only. In the event of any dispute over interpretation, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
